Abstract
Bu çalışmada ilk olarak, anilinden çıkılarak diazonyum tuzu oluşturulup 3-aminokrotonitril ile kenetlenerek, 2-(fenilhidrazon)-3-ketiminokrotonitril (1) bileşiği sentezlendi. 1 bileşiği hidrazinhidratla etanol içerisinde geri soğutucu altında kaynatılarak 5-amino-4-fenilazo-3-metil-1H-pirazol (2) bileşiğine dönüştürüldü. 2-aminobenzotiyazol bileşiği etil siyanoasetatla 150 ?C'de çözgensiz ortamda reaksiyona sokularak 4-imino-3,4-dihidro-2H-pirimido[2,1-b]benzotiyazol-2-on (3) bileşiği elde edildi. Bir seri karboksilik amin diazolanıp, sentezlenen 3 bileşiğine kenetlenerek 3-(arilazo)-4-imino-4H-pirimido[2,1-b]benzotiyazol-2-ol 4(a-m) türevleri nihai ürünler olarak sentezlendi. Diğer yandan sentezlenen 2 bileşiği etil siyanoasetatla 150 ?C'de çözgensiz ortamda reaksiyona sokularak 7-amino-3-fenilazo-2-metil-4H-pirazolo[1,5-a]pirimidin-5-on (5) bileşiği sentezlendi. Bir seri karbosiklik amin diazolanıp 5 bileşiğine kenetlenerek 7-imino-3-fenilazo-6-arilazo-2-metil-4H-pirazolo[1,5-a]pirimidin-5-ol 6(a-m) türevleri nihai ürünler olarak sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin spektroskopik analizleri (1H-NMR, FT-IR ve kütle spektroskopisi) ve elementel analizleri yapıldı. Bu boyarmaddelerin UV spektrumları alınarak absorbsiyon spektrumları üzerine çözücü, asit ve baz etkileri incelendi.
In this study, firstly, 2-(phenylhydrazone)-3-ketiminochrotonitrile (1) was synthesized by coupling of 3-aminochrotonitrile and the diazonium salt of the aniline. Compound 1 was reacted with hydrazine monohydrate in ethanol under reflux to give 5-amino-4-phenylazo-3-methyl-1H-pyrazole (2). 4-imino-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrimido[2,1-b]benzothiazole-2-one (3) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-aminobenzothiazole with ethyl cyanoacetate in solvent free conditions at 150 ºC. 3-(arylazo)-4-imino-4H-pyrimido[2,1-b]benzothiazole-2-ole 4(a-m) heterocyclic dyes were then synthesized by diazotisation of a series of carboxylic amines using nitrous acid, and coupling with compound 3. On the other hand, 7-amino-3-phenylazo-2-methyl-4H-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-5-one (5) was synthesized by the reaction of compound 2 with ethyl cyanoacetate in solvent free conditions at 150 ºC. 7-imino-3-phenylazo-6-arylazo-2-methyl-4H-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-5-ole 6(a-m) heterocyclic disazo dyes were synthesized by diazotisation of a series of carboxylic amines using nitrous acid, and coupling with compound 5. The synthesized dyes were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, high-resolution mass spectral datas and elemental analysis. The solvatochromic behaviors of dyes in various solvents and the effect of acid-base upon the UV-vis spectra of these dyes were evaluated.
