Süt hayvancılığı işletmeciliğinin uluslararası muhasebe standartlarına göre muhasebeleştirilmesi ve birim maliyetlerin hesaplanması

Abstract

Günümüzde bulunan süt işletmelerinin kapasitelerinin artmasıyla birim maliyetlerin saplanması konusunda ve bunun muhasebeleştirilmesi konusunda bazı problemler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Örneğin işletmenin canlı hayvan üretimin yanı sıra tarımsal üretim yapması tek düzen muhasebe sistemine göre bunların hepsi tek bir yerden inceleniyordu UMS ile her aşama ayrı incelenip değerlenebilmektedir.Projede bir hayvancılık işletmenin TMS 41 açısından incelenmesi ve ürünlerinin maliyet muhasebesi yardımıyla birim maliyetinin hesaplanması amaçlanmaktadır.

Today, there are some problems regarding the stabbing of unit costs with the increase in the capacity of the dairy enterprises and the accounting of this. For example, in addition to livestock production as well as agricultural production, all of them were examined in one place according to uniform accounting system.In the project, it is aimed to examine a livestock enterprise in terms of TMS 41 and to calculate the unit cost with the help of cost accounting of its products.
