We read with great interest the elegantly designed study by Bahcebasi et al.1 regarding the differential effects of Amlodipine and Ramipril on body fluid compartments. The authors should be commended for their comprehensive compartmental approach using bioimpedance analysis (BIA), which provides important physiological insight beyond conventional clinical evaluation.
