Abstract: In this paper, two lossy grounded inductor simulators (GISs) and one lossless GIS including an inverting type current feedback operational amplifier (CFOA-), two resistors and a capacitor are proposed. All the proposed GISs can be easily obtained with commercial available active devices such as AD844s. Also, they do not need any critical passive component matching conditions. Both of the proposed lossy GISs employ a grounded capacitor, whereas the lossless one has a floating capacitor. In order to show performance of the proposed GISs, a number of simulation and experimental test results are given. © 2015, Springer Science+Business Media New York.
