Abstract: Primary cardiac tumors are rare in childhood. The most common cardiac tumors are rhabdomyoma and fibroma. Teratoma, mixoma and hemangiomas are seen rare. Cardiac tumors can lead to syncope, chest pain, cyanosis, pericardial effusion, congestive heart failure and medically refractory life threatening arrhythmias which can cause sudden cardiac death like supraven-tricular tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia. In this case report; long-term follow-up of a 7-year-old girl patient who has intracardiac tumor on apical interventricular septum extending into the left ventricle and recurrent ventricular tachycardia, was presented. Therapeutic approaches were discussed in intracardiac masses leading to repetitive ventricular tachycardia attacks that were not surgical excision. Copyright © 2018 by Türkiye Klinikleri.
