The incidence of CAA varies from 0.3-5.3%. Treatment of CAA should be planned considering patient characteristics according to location and size of CAA and additionally presence of location and severity of coronary artery diseases. Hereby, we present a male patient who presented with acute coronary syndrome with a uncommon left main coronary artery aneurysm by angiography.
