dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, amino azokaliks[4]aren ve oligomerik yapıya sahip azokaliks[4]aren bileşiklerinin sentezi ve bu bileşiklerin bazı özelliklerinin incelenmesini içermektedir. Sentez çalışmalarında, literatürde belirtilen yönteme göre 25,26,27-tribenzoiloksi-28- hidroksi-5-(4-aminofenilazo)kaliks[4]aren (A1) sentezlendi. Bu bileşik, DMF- MeOH karışımının çözücü olarak kullanıldığı ortamda NaNO2 ve asetik asit beraberinde Bisfenol-A ile kenetlendi(A2). Daha sonra, 25,27-diasetoniloksi-26,28-dihidroksi-5,17-(4- aminofenilazo)kaliks[4]aren (B1) bileşiği, A1 bileşiği ile aynı şartlarda, etkileştirilerek elde edildi. Sentezlenen bu bileşiğin (B) nitro grupları H2NNH2.H2O-Raney-Ni ile DMF ortamında etkileştirilerek indirgendikten sonra elde edilen B1 no 'lu bileşik, Bisfenol-A ile reaksiyona sokularak oligomerik yapıdaki bileşik B2 elde edildi. Sentezlenen makrosiklik bileşiklerin yapıları spektroskopik teknikler (UV, FT-IR ve 1 H-NMR), element analizi ve termal davranışları ile aydınlatıldı. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study comprises synthesis and investigation of some properties of these compounds containing amino azocalix[4]arenes and azocalix[4]arene compounds having oligomeric structures. In the synthetic work, the synthesis of 25,26,27-tribenzoyloxy-28-hydroxy-5-(4- aminophenylazo)calix[4]arene (A1), and its conversion to its Bisphenol-A derivative (A2), by the diazo-coupling with Bisphenol-A in DMF-MeOH in the presence of NaNO2 and acetic asit was made according to the literature methods. After that 25,27-diacetoniloxy- 26,28-dihydroxy-5,17-(4-aminophenylazo)calix[4]arene (B1) was obtained by the treatment of the same condition with compound A1. After the reduction of nitro groups of this synthesized compound B with H2NNH2.H2O / Raney-Ni in DMF, compound B1 was obtained, which was sequentially reacted with Bisphenol-A to obtain compound B2 with an oligomeric structure. The molecular structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic techiques (UV, FT-IR and 1H-NMR), elemantal analysis and thermal behaviours measurements. | en_US |
