Tekstil sanayiinde madde ve enerji bilançoları, örnek boya sanayii

Abstract

Rekabetin her geçen gün arttığı tekstil sektöründe firmaların rekabet edebilirliğini sürdürmeleri büyük oranda girdi maliyetlerini düşürmekle mümkün olabilecektir. Türkiye'de tekstil işletmelerinde madde ve enerji en önemli girdilerdir. Özellikle enerji, yenilenebilir kaynakların azalmasıyla daha önemli bir konuma gelmiştir. Bunun için enerji tüketimlerinin üretimle ilişkisinin belirlenmesi ve enerji yönetim programlarının uygulanması rekabet şansını yükseltecektir. Bu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında Denizli'de faaliyet gösteren tekstil boyahanelerinden birinde madde ve enerji tüketimleri incelenmiştir. Bununla ilgili bir maliyet analizi hazırlanmıştır. Bu incelemeler sonucunda madde ve enerji maliyetlerinin tekstil sektöründe ciddi bir şekilde fazla olduğu ve enerji yönetim programının uygulanarak bu maliyetlerin azaltılması gerektiği belirlenmiştir.

Big competition among the textile industries in the world, forces the companies working in this field to reduce their costs in the raw materials used and in the production lines worked as well as energy used in the factory. Especially in Turkey, this is a very important factor, since their shareis high in textile industry and Turkey is short on energy and depends much on the fossils energy sources, which oil prices always going high, this makes it more important. Because of this, companies working in this field in Turkey must take extra care and pay attention to reduce their costs by using the necessary mass and energy balances in their factories. In this study, mass and energy balance of a textile dying factory in Denizli is investigated to determine the share of costs of raw materials and energy in factory. It is determined that the raw materials and energy costs really takes an important and serious share of the costs and some serious attempt must be taken to reduces them.
