Tekstil işletmelerinde bilgisayara dayalı kaynak kullanımı ve üretim planlama sistemleri üzerine bir inceleme: Denizli örneği

Abstract

Uluslararası rekabet şartları ve teknolojideki hızlı değişim, işletmeleri farklı çözüm arayışlarına itmiş ve işletmeler bu amaçla bilgisayar destekli üretim takip sistemleri kullanmaya başlamışlardır. Bu sistemlerin ana hedefleri eldeki kaynakları en iyi şekilde kullanmak, tedarik ve stok süreçlerini olabildiğince etkinleştirerek üretim süresini kısaltmak ve maliyetleri en alt seviyede tutmaktır. Bu çalışmada işletmelerin, tedarikten dağıtıma kadar olan tüm is süreçlerinin, bir bilgi yönetim sistemi desteği ile yönetmesini sağlayan ERP ve benzeri sistemlerin tekstil sektöründeki uygulamaları incelenmiştir. Bunun için, Denizli ili pilot bölge seçilmiş, ve işletmelerden bir anket çalışması ile veri toplanarak, işletmelerin bu tür bilgi sistemlerine bakış açıları ve sistemlerden beklentileri, sistemlerin faydaları ve kurulumları aşamasında karşılaşılan zorluklar gibi konular araştırılmış ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.

The result of the world-wide competition and the rapid development on the technology, the factories have been focused on the alternative solutions and they started to use production planning systems supported by computers. The main aim of this kind of systems is to use the factory’s sources in a most effective way, to shorten the lead-times with effective supply and stock processes, and to drop the production costs. In this study, implementation of computer supported production planning systems, such as ERP, which enterprises to manage all work process from supply to delivery, is examined in a textile business. Denizli has been selected as a pilot area, and data have been collected from multiple textile factories through survey. The approach of enterprises to ERP and such systems and their expectations, benefits of the systems, the problems encountered during the system installation and operation are studied and analyzed.
