dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Origanum onites, Salvia fruticosa, Salvia officinalis, Sideritis montana ve Sideritis pisidica türlerinin uçucu yağları süper ısıtılmış su ile ekstrakte edildi. Toplama zamanı ve tohum yaprak arasındaki miktar ve analit farkları Origanum onites uçucu yağlarında incelendi. C-18 katı faz kartuşu kullanılarak katı faz ekstraksiyonu tekniği ile sulu ekstraktlardan, uçucu yağ bileşenleri uzaklaştırıldı. Uçucu bileşenlerin karakterizasyonları Gaz kromatografisi-kütle spektrometresi (GC-MS) kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractSuperheated water extraction is used to extract essential oils of Origanum onites, Salvia fruticosa, Salvia officinalis, Sideritis montana ve Sideritis pisidica. The effect of different collecting dates of the leaves and grains of Origanum onites on the essential oils amount is investigated. C-18 solid phase extraction was used to elute the essential oils from aqueous extract. The volatile components were characterized by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC-MS).en_US
