Üretim işletmelerinde enerji kullanımının incelenmesi: Denizli'de dört işletme örneği

Abstract

Günümüzde üretim yapan işletmelerde, enerji maliyetlerinin toplam maliyetler içerisindeki payı önemli derecede yüksektir. Bunun en önemli sebeplerinden birisi de; ülkemizde diğer ülkelere göre enerji fiyatlarının çok yüksek olmasıdır. Bu çalışmada enerji, enerjinin önemi, enerji tasarrufu, enerji tasarrufunun önemi, işletmelerde enerji yönetimi ve enerji yönetiminin önemi gibi konuların üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında farklı sektörlerden dört adet işletmenin üretim ve enerji tüketim verileri toplanmış ve bunlar üzerinden yapılan hesaplamalarla işletmelerin nasıl tasarruf sağlayabileceği saptanmış, enerjinin üretim maliyetleri içerisindeki payı hesaplanmış ve sektörler arasında kıyaslamalar yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı literatürde var olan ancak iş yoğunluğu, önemsememe, eğitimsizlik veya bilinçsizlik gibi nedenlerle kaybolan milyarlarca dolarlık tasarruf potansiyelini nerelerde aramamız gerektiğini vurgulamaktır. Üretimin içerisinde enerjinin maliyetinin ne derece önemli olduğunu bildikleri takdirde; sanayi işletmelerinin enerji tasarrufu sağlamaları, işletmelerinde atık ısının geri kazanımı, iyi bir yalıtım, uygun basınç kullanımı, uygun yakıt kullanımı, makinelerin bakım ve onarımının periyodik olarak yapılması ile kaçınılmazdır.

Today, in the production enterprises, the share of energy costs in total costs are significantly higher. One of the most important reasons of this is; in our country the energy prices compared to other countries is very high. In this study, the issues such as the energy, the importance of energy, energy saving, energy management in enterprises and the importance of energy management are emphasized. Within the study, the production and energy consumption data of four different enterprises from different sectors were collected and by making calculations with this data, how businesses can make savings was determined, energy share in production costs was calculated and sectoral comparisons were made. The aim of the study is to emphasize where we should search the billions of dollars of potential savings literally existing nevertheless is lost for reasons such as workload, disregard, lack of education or unconsciousness. If they know to what extend the cost of energy is important in their production, energy saving for industrial enterprises is inevitable by waste-heat recovery, good insulation, proper pressure use, proper fuel use in their operations, and carrying out machinery maintanence and repair perodically.
