dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada ilk olarak, 2-(2-kloroetoksi) etanol bileşiğine tosilleme işlemi yapılmıştır.. 2-(2-kloroetoksi)etil-4-metilbenzensülfonat, 1,8-dihidroksi antrakinon ile reaksiyona sokularak 1,8-bis(2-(2-kloroetoksi)etoksi) antrakinon bileşiği elde edilmiştir. 1,8-bis(2-(2-kloroetoksi)etoksi) antrakinon, NaI ile reaksiyona sokularak 1,8-bis(2-(2-iyodoetoksi)etoksi) antrakinon bileşiği elde edilmiştir. Bu elde edilen ürün, 4,5-dihidroksi ftalonitril ile makrosiklizasyona uğratılmıştır. Son olarak 21 üyeli olan 5,28-diokso-4a,5,11,12,14,15,22,23,25,26-dekahidro-4H-4,6- metantribenzo [h,q,t][1,4,710,13,16] hekzaoksasiklohenicosin-18,19-dikarbonitril bileşiğinin kobalt ftalosiyanini sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen yeni maddelerin yapıları, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR, UV-Vis. ve kütle spektroskopik verileri ile elemental analiz değerleri kullanarak aydınlatılmıştır. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, firstly tosylationed 2-(2-kloro-ethoxy)ethanol. 1,8-bis(2-(2-kloroethoxy)- ethoxy)-anthraquinone compund was synthesized reaction of between 2-(2- kloro-ethoxy)-ethyl-4- cethylbenzenesulphonate and 1,8-dihydroxy-anthraquinone. 1,8-bis(2-(2-iodo-ethoxy)-ethoxy)-anthraquinone compound was synthesized reaction of between 1,8-bis(2-(2-kloro-ethoxy)-ethoxy)-anthraquinone and NaI. This new compound was macrocyclizationed with 4,5-dihydro-phthalonitrile. Finally, cobalt phthalocyanine was synthesized 5,28-dioxo-4a,5,11,12,14,15,22,23,25,26- decahydro-4H-4,6-methanotribenzo[h,q,t] [1,4,710,13, 16]hexaoxacyclohenicosine- 18,19-dicarbonitrile which it consist of 21 member macrocyclic moiety. The structure of new compounds were identified by using elemental analysis, 1HNMR, 13C-NMR, IR, MS and UV-VIS data. | en_US |
