Tedarikçi seçiminde sistem güvenliği kriterlerine dayalı bir karar modeli önerisi ve modelin uygulaması

Abstract

Günümüz rekabet ortamında pazarda kalıcı olmak ve rekabet gücünü devam ettirebilmek tedarikçi seçiminin öneminin artmasına neden olmuştur. Tedarikçilerin de bu rekabetçi ortama ayak uydurabilmeleri, tedarikçisi olduğu firmanın isteklerini, istenilen kalitede, istenilen zamanda, istenilen hızda sağlayabilmeleri gerekir. İşletmelerin tercih edebileceği alternatiflerin sayısının artması, dikkate alınan çok sayıda kriterlerin bulunması karar verme işlemini zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmada en uygun tedarikçinin seçilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Balanced Scorecard temelli sistem güvenliği esaslı kriterler kullanılmıştır. Kriterlerin önem derecelerinin belirlenmesinde Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (BAHP) yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Alternatif tedarikçiler arasından sistem güvenliği esasına göre en uygun olan tedarikçinin seçilmesi ise Fayda Aralığı Temelli Etkileşimli Grup Karar Verme yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir.

In today's competitive environment, to be permanent in the market and to maintain competitive capacities in the market have resulted in the increase in the importance of supplier selection. To keep pace with this competitive environment, suppliers should supply the company requests with the desired quality, speed, condition and time. The increasing number of alternatives to be preferred by the companies and a large number of criteria that should be taken into account make decision making process complicated. The purpose of this study is that the most suitable supplier for a company operating in service industry is to be chosen. To that end the Balanced Scorecard criteria based on the system security is used. In the identification of the importance levels of the criteria the fuzzy AHP method is used. For the selection of the most suitable supplier among the suppliers according to the basis of system security, the method of Utility Range-Based Interactive Group Decision is used.
