Abstract: Bu çalışmada, Lawesson reaktifi (2,4-bis(4-metoksifenil)-1,3,2,4-ditiyodifosfetan-2,4-disülfürün) ile kiral hidroksi bileşikleri ((R)-1-[3,5-Bis(triflormetil)fenil]etanol, (S)-(-)-1-(2-naftil)etanol, (1S,2S,5S)-(-)- meritanol, (1R)-(-)-meritenol, diasetone-D-glukoz, 1,2:5,6-Di-O-sikloheksan-?-D- glukofuranoz) ve kiral aminlerle ((R)-(+)-1-(4-florofenil)etilamin, (R)-(-)-1-siklohekziletilamin, (1S,2S)-(+)-Benziloksisiklopentilamin) toluen ortamında etkileştirilmesi sonucu yeni kiral O-ditiyofosfonatlar ve amido-ditiyofosfanatlar sentezlendi. O-ditiyofosfonik asitler ve amido-ditiyofosfanatlar tert-bütil aminle veya trietil amin muamele edilmesi sonucu (tert-bütil veya trietil)amonyum O-ditiyofosfonat ve amido-ditiyofosfanatlar tuzları halinde izole edildi. O-ditiyofosfonat ve amido-ditiyofosfanatlar tuzları AgNO3, ClAuPPh3 ve ClAu(tht) ile THF, aseton ve su ortamlarındaki reaksiyonları sonucu mono ve dinükleer Ag(I) ve Au(I)-, Au(I) trifenilfosfin kompleksleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları element analizi, IR, 1H, 31P ve 13C-NMR spektroskopisi, polarimetri ve kütle spektroskopisi ile karakterize edildi. 1 ve 2 nolu bileşiğin kristal yapısı X-ray difraksiyonu ile aydınlatıldı.
In this study, the chiral amidodithiophosphonates and O-dithiophosphonates were synthesized by the reaction of 2,4-bis (4-methoxyphenyl )-1,3,2,4- dithiadiphosphetane-2,4-sulfide with chiral hydroxy compounds, such as ROH ((R)- 1-[3,5-Bis (trifluoromethyl) phenyl]ethanol, (S)-(?)-1-(2- Naphthyl)ethanol, (1S,2S,5S)-(?)-Myrtanol, (1R)-(?)-Myrtenol, Diacetone-D-glucose and 1,2:5,6-Di- O-cyclohexylidene-?-D-glucofuranose) and also chiral amines such as (R)-(+)-1-(4-Fluorophenyl)ethylamine, (R)-(?)-1- Cyclohexylethylamine and (1S,2S)-(+)-2-Benzyloxycyclohexylamine in toluene. The reaction of O-dithiophosphonic and amidodithiophosphonic acids with tert-butyl amine or triethyl amine gave rise to tbutyl or trietiyl ammonium O- dithiophosphonates amidodithiophosphonates. Ag(I), Au(I), and Au(I)PPh3-dithiophosphonate complexes were synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding metal salts and t-butyl or triethyl ammonium dithiophosphonates. All compounds were characterized by spectroscopically (IR, 1H, 31P, 13C-NMR) polarimeter and also mass spectra. The crystal structure of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.
