dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada ilk olarak bir seri karbosiklik amin diazolanıp malonnitrille reaksiyona sokularak, fenilazomalonnitril (1) bileşikleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen (1) bileşikleri hidrazinhidratla etanol içerisinde geri soğutucu altında ısıtılarak 3,5-diamino-4-arilazo-1H-pirazol (2) türevleri elde edildi. Diğer yandan sentezlenen (1) bileşikleri fenilhidrazin ile etanol içerisinde geri soğutucu altında ısıtılarak edilerek 3,5-diamino-4-arilazo-1-fenilpirazol (3) türevleri elde edildi. Sentezlenen (2) bileşikleri, 3,5-diamino-4-arilazo-1H-pirazol türevleri diazolanarak ve etilasetoasetat ile kenetlenerek 4-arilazo-3-amino-1H-pirazol-5-ilazo etilasetoasetat (4) bileşikleri elde edildi. Diğer yandan, sentezlenen (3) bileşikleri, 3,5-diamino-4-arilazo-1-fenil-pirazol türevleri diazolanarak ve etilasetoasetat ile kenetlenerek 4-arilazo-3-amino-1-fenilpirazol-5-ilazo etilasetoasetat (7) bileşikleri elde edildi. Son olarak, elde edilen (4) bileşikleri, hidrazinmonohidrat ve fenilhidrazinle ile reaksiyona sokularak bir seri 4-(4'-arilazo-3'-amino-1H-pirazol-5'-ilazo)-3-metil-5-pirazolon (5) ve 4-(4'-arilazo-3'-amino-1-fenilpirazol-5'-ilazo)-1-fenil-3-metil-5-pirazolon (6) türevleri sentezlendi. Elde edilen (7) bileşikleri, hidrazinmonohidrat ve fenilhidrazin ile reaksiyona sokularak bir seri 4-(4'-arilazo-3'-amino-1-fenilpirazol-5'-ilazo)-3-metil-5-pirazolon (8) ve 4-(4'-arilazo-3'-amino-1-fenilpirazol-5'-ilazo)-1-fenil-3-metil-5-pirazolon (9) türevleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları aydınlatılarak, absorpsiyon spektrumları üzerine çözücü, asit-baz ve sübstitüent etkileri incelendi.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the first step of this study, aniline and aniline derivatives were diazotised and coupled with malononitrile, later these compounds were reacted with hydrazine mono hydrate and phenyl hydrazine to give corresponding 3,5-diamino-4-arylazo-1H-pyrazole (2) and 3,5-diamino-4-arylazo-1-phenylpyrazole (3) compounds. The second step; 2 and 3 compounds were diazotised again and were coupled with ethylacetoacetate to give corresponding 4-arylazo-3-amino-1H-pyrazole-5-ylazo (4) and 4-arylazo-3-amino-1-phenyl-pyrazole-5- ylazo)etilasetoasetat (7). Later, they were reacted with hydrazine mono hydrate and phenyl hydrazine to give corresponding 4-(4'-arylazo-3'-amino-1H-pyrazole-5'-ylazo)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (5), 4-(4'-arylazo-3'-amino-1-phenyl-pyrazole-5'- ylazo)-1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (6), 4-(4'-arylazo-3'-amino-1-phenylpyrazole-5'-ylazo)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (8) and 4-(4'-arylazo-3'-amino-1-phenylpyrazole-5'-ylazo)-1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (9). The synthesized disazo dyes were characterized by spectral methods. Visible region absorptions of synthesized compounds were examined in terms of various solvent, acid-base and substituent effects. The synthesized disazo dyes were characterized by elemental analysis and spectral methods. The effect of varying solvent upon the absorption ability of dyes substituted with electron-withdrawing and electron-donating groups was examined in detail.en_US
