dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada öncelikle 1,3-dihidroksi-25,27-bis[2-(2-kloroetoksi)etoksi] kaliks[4]aren bileşiği sentezlendi. 25-27-bis[2-2(kloroetoksi)etoksi]-26,28-bis(2-propin-1-iloksi) pentasiklo [19.3.1.13,7.19,13.115,19]oktakos-1(25),3(28),4,6,9(27),10,12,15(26),16,18, 21,23-dodekan (2) propargil bromür ve kaliks[4]aren türevinin reaksiyonu ile sentezlendi. (2) bileşiği ve NaI arasında bu bileşiğin iyotlu türevi hazırlandı. (3) bileşiği ve ditiyameleonitril disodyum tuzu arasındaki reaksiyondan (4) bileşiğinin maleonitril türevi elde edildi. (4) bileşiğinin siklotetramerizasyon reaksiyonu tarafından Dört kaliks[4]aren türevi içeren yeni metalo porfirazin (5) sentezlendi. Son olarak (5) bileşiği ile 1,2:3,4-di-O-azido-alfa-D-galaktoz (1) arasında, klik reaksiyonu kullanılarak (6) bileşiği hazırlandı. Yeni bileşiklerin yapıları elemental analiz, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR, UV-vis ve MS ile karakterize edildi.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, first of all 1,3-dihydroxy-25,27-bis[2-(2-chloroethoxy) ethoxy] caliks[4]arene compound was synthesized. 25-27-bis[2-2(chloroethoxy)ethoxy]-26,28-bis(2-propyn-1-yloxy) pentacyclo [19.3.1.13,7.19,13.115,19] octacosa-1(25),3(28),4,6,9(27),10,12,15(26), 16,18, 21,23-dodecaene (2) compound was synthesized by the reaction of between calix[4]arene derivative and propargyl bromür. The iodo derivative of this compound was prepared between compound (2) and NaI. Maleonitrile derivative of compound (4) was accomplished by the reaction of dithiomaleonitrile disodium salt and compound (3). Novel metallo porphyrazine (5) containing four calix[4]arene moieties was synthesized by cyclotetramerization reaction of compound (4). Finally compound (6) was prepared using by the click reaction condition between compound (5) and 1,2:3,4-di-O-azido-alpha-D-galactose. The new compounds were characterized by a combination of elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR, UV-vis and MS spectral data.en_US
