Afyonkarahisar ve Kütahya illeri zerkonid akarlarının (Acari, Zerconidae) sistematik yönden incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Afyonkarahisar ve Kütahya illerinde zerkonid akar faunasını belirlemek amacıyla Ağustos 2015 - Nisan 2017 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. 553 farklı lokaliteden döküntü, çürümüş ağaç kökleri, yosun ve toprak örnekleri toplanarak toplam 1307 örnekleme yapılmıştır. Örneklerin analizleri sonucunda 7 tanesi bilim dünyası için, 4 tanesi de Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıt olmak üzere toplam 43 zerkonid türü tespit edilmiştir. Bu türlerden 34 tanesi Zercon cinsine (Z. afyonensis, Z. alattini, Z. anatolicus, Z. arslani, Z. beleviensis, Z. burdurensis, Z. cabylus, Z. carpathicus, Z. cokelezicus, Z. colligans, Z. delicatus, Z. denizliensis, Z. domanicensis, Z. ekizi, Z. emirdagicus, Z. hispanicus, Z. huseyini, Z. inonuensis, Z. insperatus, Z. juvarae, Z. karacamehmeti, Z. laczii, Z. longisetosus, Z. magdae, Z. marinae, Z. mehmeturhani, Z. osmaneliensis, Z. plumatopilus, Z. quadricavum, Z. similifoveolatus, Z. soguticus, Z. tefenniensis, Z. turcicus ve Z. yusufi) ve 9 tanesi de Prozercon cinsine (P. alikesirensis, P. banazensis, P. denizliensis, P. bulbiferus, P. erdogani, P. graecus, P. morazae, P. plumosus ve P. tragardhi) aittir. Z. fyonensis, Z. arslani, Z. ekizi, Z. emirdagicus, Z. karacamehmeti, Z. soguticus ve P. anazensis türleri bilim dünyası için yeni tür olarak tanımlanmış ve yayınlanmıştır (Urhan ve diğ. 2015a, 2016a; Duran ve diğ. 2017; Urhan ve Duran, 2017). Benzer şekilde, Z.hispanicus, Z. juvarae, P. morazae ve P. plumosus türleri ise Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıt olarak tespit edilmiş ve Türkiye akar faunasına kazandırılmıştır (Urhan ve diğ. 2014, 2015a, 2015b; Duran ve diğ. 2017). Ayrıca, Zercon plumatopilus’un dişi bireyleri, Zercon cabylus’un erkek, deutonimf ve protonimfleri ülkemizden ilk defa bu çalışmada kaydedilmiştir.

This study was conducted to determine zerconid mite fauna of Afyonkarahisar and Kütahya Provinces. Totally 1307 samples were collected from litters, rotted tree roots, moss pads and soil samples from 553 different localities between August 2015 – April 2017. As a result of the analysis of the samples, totally 43 zerconid species were detected which 7 of them as new for science and 4 of them as new record for Turkish fauna. From these species, 34 species belong to genus Zercon (Z. afyonensis, Z. alattini, Z. anatolicus, Z. arslani, Z. beleviensis, Z. burdurensis, Z. cabylus, Z. carpathicus, Z. cokelezicus, Z. colligans, Z. delicatus, Z. denizliensis, Z. domanicensis, Z. ekizi, Z. emirdagicus, Z. hispanicus, Z. huseyini, Z. inonuensis, Z. insperatus, Z. juvarae, Z. karacamehmeti, Z. laczii, Z. longisetosus, Z. magdae, Z. marinae, Z. mehmeturhani, Z. osmaneliensis, Z. plumatopilus, Z. quadricavum, Z. similifoveolatus, Z. soguticus, Z. tefenniensis, Z. turcicus and Z. yusufi) and 9 species belong to genus Prozercon (P. balikesirensis, P. banazensis, P. denizliensis, P. bulbiferus, P. erdogani, P. graecus, P. morazae, P. plumosus and P. tragardhi). Z. afyonensis, Z. arslani, Z. ekizi, Z. emirdagicus, Z. karacamehmeti, Z. soguticus and P. banazensis were identified as new species to science and published (Urhan et al. 2015a, 2016a; Duran et al. 2017; Urhan et al. 2017). Similarly, Z. hispanicus, Z. juvarae, P. morazae and P. plumosus were also recorded as new to Turkish fauna and added to Turkish mite fauna (Urhan et al. 2014, 2015a, 2015b; Duran et al. 2017). Also, in this study female specimens of Zercon plumatopilus and male, deutonymph and protonymph specimens of Zercon cabylus were recorded from our country for the first time.
