Teknoloji geliştirme bölgelerinin ekonomiye katkısı ve vergilendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, teknoloji geliştirme bölgelerinin ekonomiye katkısı ve vergilendirilmesi uygulama alanlarını incelenmektedir. Ülkemizde Ar- Ge faaliyetleri için sunulan maddi destekler, firmalar için daha cazip ve teşvik edici hale getirilmelidir. Teknolojik olarak dışa bağımlılıktan kurtulmak ve teknoloji üreten, dünyada rekabetçi bir ekonomi haline gelebilmek için ileri teknolojilerin üretildiği Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgelerine ülkemizdeki yaygın adıyla Teknokentler çok önemli rol oynamaktadır. Ülkemizin ekonomik kalkınması ve büyümesi için yapılan çalışmalar ve uygulanan politikalar neticesinde üniversite ve sanayi iş birliği içinde olabilmesi için günümüzde Türkiye’deki Teknokent sayısı 83 olmuştur. Bu bölgelerinin ekonomiye katkısı ve vergilendirilmesi uygulama alanları kitap, dergi, makale ve elektronik kanyaklardan elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak ülkemizde ekonomik gelişme ve kalkınmayı ve sürdürülebilir büyümeyi sağlamak için teknoloji-yoğun sektörlere ağırlık vermek, bunun için de Ar-Ge faaliyetlerine yapılan harcamaların payının arttırılması önerilebilir.

The aim of this study is to examine the contribution of technology development regions to the economy and the application areas of taxation. Financial support provided for R & D activities in our country should be made more attractive and encouraging for companies. To get rid of dependence on technology and producing technology, In order to become a competitive economy in the world, Teknokentler plays a very important role in the Technology Development Zones where advanced technologies are produced. Our country's economic development and growth for the work and the result of the policies to be in university and industry cooperation Technopolis in Turkey today, the number was 83. The contribution and taxation of these regions to the economy were examined in line with the data obtained from books, magazines, articles and electronic papers. As a result, it may be recommended to concentrate on technology-intensive sectors in order to ensure economic development and development and sustainable growth in our country and to increase the share of expenditures on R & D activities.
