Abstract

The value concept, is a phenomenon that is mentioned, together with the history of mankind. Values are the building blocks in the society. Human Rights and Freedoms is one of the most important values for the humanity today as it was yesterday. Although in the early twenty-first century it is true that humanity has not have the right to these values. One of the most important value human rights and freedoms, in the present, still i s n ot l oss s omething o f h is i mportance. T his c an b e r eached w ith a ll i ts elements in the human agenda. These values are often discussed in the basic international documents and the acceptance of the human community has been honored many contracts and put into practice. At this point the values forms the materialism works and moral philosophers in the field of international documents. Conventions and their adoption of course is so important. But more important than the existence of agreements and treaties they to have moral values of the members of the community to be implemented, it is very important with regards to application too. This subject will facilitate a better understanding while the present and evaluate matters in headlines. The human tragedy what happened in the final of twentieth century in the Bosnia, Palestine, Iraq and Syria, documents in the western world in a very sophisticated manner in the area of fundamental rights and freedoms place in terms of values we seen that not is realized in the layers of society. Humanity delivering these values to the new generations will be able to live together.
