Türkiye’de son dönem (2000 – 2018) siyaset dilinde halk bilgisi unsurları

Abstract

Yüksek Lisans Tezi olarak hazırlanan “Türkiye’de Son dönem (2000 – 2018)Siyaset Dilinde Halk Bilgisi Unsurları” isimli çalışmamızda amaç; halk bilgisi unsurlarından hareketle Türkiye’de son dönem (2000 – 2018) siyaset dilinde halk bilgisi unsurlarının yerini, işlevini ve Türk Siyasetinin halk bilgisi unsurlarına bakışını belirlemektir. Bu temel amaçlar doğrultusunda şu sorular yanıtlanacaktır: 1. Gündelik yaşamın pek çok aşamasında başvurulan halk bilgisi unsurlarının son dönem (2000 – 2018) Türk Siyaset Dilindeki yeri nedir? 2. Halk bilgisi unsurlarının Türk Siyaset dilinde kullanım alanları nelerdir? 3. Halk bilgisi unsurları Türk Siyaset dilinde hangi amaçlarla kullanılmaktadır? 4. Türk Siyaset dilinde Halk bilgisi unsurları kullanımının işlevsel boyutları nelerdir? Bu sorular ekseninde son dönem (2000 – 2018) Türk Siyaset Dilinde halk bilgisi unsurlarının Siyaset kültüründeki yeri ve işlevi Bağlam Merkezli Halkbilimi Kuramlarından olan İşlevsel Halkbilimi Kuramı çerçevesinde ele alınıp analiz edilecektir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, son dönem Türk siyaset dilinde halk bilgisinin hangi malzemelerini nasıl kullanıldığını, halk bilimi ürünleri hakkındaki düşüncelerini ve bu ürünlere bakışlarını ortaya koyabilmektir. Çalışmamız aynı zamanda Siyaset Bilimi içerisinde halk bilimi unsurlarının nasıl kullanılabileceğini ortaya koyması açısından da önem taşımaktadır. Çalışmamız, ön söz dışında üç bölüm, sonuç ve kaynakçadan oluşmaktadır.

The aim of our study titled "Recently in Turkey (2000-2018) the elements of folklore in political language" and prepared as master's thesis is; the last period in Turkey (2000-2018) based on the elements of public knowledge ,is to determine the place, function and view of the elements of folklore in the language of politics. For these basic purposes, the following questions will be answered: 1. What is the place of the elements of Folklore in many periods of daily life in Turkish Politics language? 2. What are the areas of use of Folklore in Turkish Politics language? 3. For what purposes are the elements of Folklore used in Turkish Politics language? 4. What are the functional dimensions of the usage of Folklore elements in Turkish Political Language? In the context of these questions, the place and function of the elements of folklore in Turkish political language in the last period (2000 - 2018) will be discussed and analyzed within the context of Functional Folklore Theory which is one of the Context-based Folklore Theories. The aim of this study is to reveal what materials of folklore are used in the Turkish politics language, how they are used, their thoughts on folklore products and their views on these products.Our study is also important in terms of revealing how folklore elements can be used in Politics Our study consists of three chapters, results and bibliography except for the preface.
