Öğretmenlerin okullarını örgüt sağlığı açısından değerlendirmeleri ( İzmir ili Bornova ilçesi örneği )

Abstract

Bu arastırmanın amacı, zmir ili Bornova ilçesindeki ilkögretim okulu ögretmenlerinin örgüt saglıgına iliskin algılarını belirlemektir. Arastırmanın örneklemini, 2005-2006 egitim-ögretim yılında zmir ili Bornova ilçesindeki merkez ve köy ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan 325 sınıf ve brans ögretmeni olusturmaktadır. Ögretmenlere arastırmacı tarafından gelistirilen ve 54 sorudan olusan ölçek uygulanmıstır. Verilerin analizinde ortalama, standart sapma, t- testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi gibi tekniklerden yararlanılmıstır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre asagıdaki sonuçlara ulasılmıstır. 1. zmir ili Bornova ilçesindeki ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan ögretmenlerin örgüt saglıgına iliskin algıları ?orta? düzeydedir. 2. zmir ili Bornova ilçesindeki ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan ögretmenlerin örgüt saglıgına iliskin algıları arasında cinsiyet, kıdem ve brans degiskenlerine göre anlamlı bir fark yoktur.

The purpose of this study is to determine elementary school teachers? perceptions towards organizational health of their schools. The sample of study consists of 325 teachers who work for central and village elementary schools during 2005-2006 academic year in Bornova, zmir. The 54 items scale developed by the researcher was administrated to the teachers. The data collected has been analized by statistical techniques including mean, standart deviation, the t-test and one way variance analysis. The following results have been reached. 1. The perceptions of teachers who are working in Bornova town of zmir elementary schools about organizational health have been found as ?moderate? level. 2. There is no significiant difference between the elementary school teachers? perceptions about organizational health and selected variables such as gender, seniority and branch.
