Ziya Gökalp'ın şiir ve mektuplarında kadın ve çocuk eğitimi

Abstract

Türk kültür, ilim ve fikir dünyasının en önemli isimlerinden olan Ziya Gökalp'ın siir ve mektuplarının; çocuk, çocuk eğitimi ve kadın eğitimi konuları bakımından incelenmesini kapsayan çalısmamız, esas itibariyle bir tespit çalısmasıdır. Çalısmamızın ilk kısmında ana hatlarıyla Gökalp'ın hayatı üzerinde durulmus; ikinci kısmında Osmanlı Devleti'nde eğitim alanındaki yenilesme hareketleri ve Ziya Gökalp'ın eğitim anlayısının temel ilkeleri belirlenmeye çalısılmıstır. Çalısmamızın son bölümde ise Gökalp tarafından kaleme alınan siir ve mektuplardan yola çıkılarak; O'nun aile eğitimi, çocuğa bakısı ve çocuk eğitimi,Türk toplumunda kadının yeri ve kadın eğitimi ile eğitimde okulların rolü hakkındaki fikirleri tespit edilmeye çalısılmıstır. Ayrıca Ziya Gökalp'ın eğitim-kültür iliskisini ele alısına dair tespitlerde bulunulmustur. Çalısmamız Gökalp'ın yazdığı siir ve mektuplarla sınırlı tutulmustur. Çalısmada, kütüphane arastırması ve kaynak taraması yöntemleri basta olmak üzere, mukayese ve içerik çözümlemesi yöntemleri ağırlıklı olarak kullanılmıstır. Arastırmanın sonucunda, Gökalp'ın kadın ve çocuk eğitimine büyük önem verdiği ve günümüz eğitim anlayısları içinde yer bulan birtakım fikirleri henüz yasadığı çağda ortaya attığı görülmüstür.

This study including the examination of poems and letters of Ziya Gökalp, who is the one of the most important names in Turkish culture,science and intellectual life in terms of child , child and woman education. In the first chapter of our study the main parts of Ziya Gökalp?s life are talked over.In the second chapter, it is tried to find out that modernism movements in the education understanding of Ottoman Empire and fundamental principles of Ziya Gökalp?s understanding of education. In the last chapter of our study, his thoughts about the family education, his views on a child, child and woman education, the role of the woman in Turkish society and his thoughts about the role of the schools in education are tried to be find out by the help of the poems and letters written by Ziya Gökalp. Besides, it is tried to establish Ziya Gökalp?s examination on the relation between education and culture. Our study is limited to poems and letters written by Ziya Gökalp. In this study commonly library research and reference research are also used and verification and the analysis of contents. In the result of this study, it is found out that Ziya Gökalp gave more importance to the education of woman an child and he introduced the view presenting in today?s education life even in the period that he lived.
