Türkiye Muallimler Birliği Mecmuasının sitematik tahlili

Abstract

Zorlu bir uluslararası ve ulusal savaşın sonucunda çok uluslu imparatorluk yıkıntıları üzerine kurulan ulusal Türkiye Cumhuriyeti devletinin çağdaşlaşmak için yapması gereken işlerin en başında eğitim öğretimin iyileştirilmesi ve yaygınlaştırılması gelmekteydi. Bunun için Muallimler Birliği adı altında toplanan eğitimciler Türk eğitim sistemini tanıtarak, sistemdeki aksaklıkları gösterip iyileştirme çabası içerisine girmişlerdir. Avrupa'daki eğitim sistemini ve akımlarını incelemişlerdir. Bu çalışmada hem araştırmacının artsüremli bir inceleme için becerisinin artması; hem bir meslek örgütü yayın organının içerik düzeni ve değerinin ortaya konması; hem de genelde eğitim, özelde Türkçe eğitim-öğretimi alanındaki literatürün saptanıp tanınması gerektiği düşüncesiyle, Cumhuriyet'in ilk yıllarında kurulan söz konusu öğretmen derneğinin çıkardığı Türkiye Muallimler Birliği Mecmuasının sistematik tahlili yapılmıştır. Çalışma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde derginin kurumsal arka planı incelenerek Cumhuriyet'in eğitim-öğretim, öğretmen ve Türkçeye verdiği önem ile Muallimler Birliği'nin kuruluş ve işleyiş süreci ele alınmıştır. In the national Republic of Turkey that was founded on multinational empire wreckages at the end of the forcible war that was national and international there had to ameliorate and generalize of the education to become contemporary at first. Thus the teachers who crowded under the name of Teacher?s Association tried to ameliorate representing Turkish Education System and showing the faults in the system. They analysed the education system and movements in Europe. In this study it was done the systematic analysis of Turkey Teacher?s Association?s Magazine to accrue of the skill of the resercher for a diachronic analysis and to betray its the value and content formation of an occupational broadcasting agency and with the thought of to confirm the literature on education in general and Turkish education and traning in special, this Turkey Teacher?s Association?s which was said established in recent years of the Republic magazine?s systematic analysis was done. The study was formed as two parts. In the first part institutional-back plan was analysed and the importance that was given by Republic to the education-training, teacher?s and Turkish and the foundation and checking period of Teacher?s Association was analysed.
