Asur ticaret kolonileri devrinde (MÖ 1974-1719) Anadolu’da maden ticaretinin ekonomiye yansımaları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; Asur Ticaret Kolonileri Devri’nde maden ticaretinin gelişimi ve önemi ele alınarak o dönemin ekonomisine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Asur Ticaret Kolonileri Devri’ne ait olan Kültepe Tabletleri’nin incelenmesiyle elde edilen bulguların yorumlanması neticesinde, o dönemde Anadolu ile Asur arasında yapılan ticaretin çok sistematik ve ticari kurallar çerçevesinde gerçekleştirildiği anlaşılmaktadır. Çalışmamızda söz konusu dönemde uygulanan kuralların günümüze kadar uzandığı ve şu ana kadar yapılan araştırmaların verdiği bilgilere ve ele geçen çiviyazılı belgelere dayanarak, günümüz ticari hayatı ile finansal sistemin temelini oluşturabileceği hipotezi üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; Anadolu’daki madenler hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; Asur Ticaret Kolonileri Devri’ndeki madenler ve önemi işlenmiş ve Asur Ticaret Kolonileri Devri’ndeki maden ticaretinin esasları araştırılmıştır. Son bölümde de, Asur Ticaret Kolonileri Devri’nde yapılan maden ticareti ile günümüz maden ticareti karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgu ve tespitler sonuç bölümünde verilmiştir.

In this study; the development and importance of mining trade in the Assyrian Trade Colonies Period was examined and their effects on the economy of that period were investigated. As a result of the interpretation of the findings obtained by examining the Kültepe Tablets belonging to the Assyrian Trade Colonies Period, it was understood that the trade between Anatolia and Assyria in that period was carried out under very systematic and commercial rules. In our study, the hypothesis that the rules applied in the said period has been extended to the present day and based on the information provided by the researches and the cuneiform documents obtained, the hypothesis that it can form the basis of today's commercial life and financial system has been emphasized. In the first part of the study; general imformation is given about the mines in Anatolia. In the second part; the mines and their importance in the Assyrian Trade Colonies Period were studied and the principles of mining trade in the Assyrian Trade Colonies Period were investigated. In the last section, mining trade in the Assyrian Trade Colonies Period and today's mining trade are compared. The findings and determinations obtained are given in the conclusion section.
