dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; kuvvetli floresans özellikleri nedeni ile fotodinamik terapide kullanılan bordiflorodipirin (BODIPY) ile anti-klorglioksim türevi içeren yeni ligandlar ve bunların Cu(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Co(II), Cr(III) metal kompleksleri sentezlenmiştir. Her biri özgün bir boyarmadde ve kemosensör ajanı olarak kullanım potansiyeline sahip bileşiklerdir. Sentezlenen yeni bileşiklerin yapıları FT-IR, UV-vis, floresans, LC-MS, 1H NMR, manyetik süseptibilite ve erime noktası teknikleriyle aydınlatılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study; Due to their strong fluorescence properties, new ligands containing bordifluorodipyrine (BODIPY) and anti-chloroglyoxime derivative which are used in photodynamic therapy and their Cu(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Co(II), Cr(III) metal complexes were synthesised. They are compounds that each have the potential to use as a unique dyestuff and chemosensor agent. New synthesized compounds structures have been determined using FT-IR, UV-vis, fluorimetry, LC-MS, 1H NMR, magnetic susceptibility and melting point techniques.en_US
