Abstract

Takımlardan amaçlanan verim ve etkinliği karşılamak için takım olgusunun ve bilincinin artırılması gerekir. Bu noktada her üyenin iş bilincinin sağlanması, kişisel yeteneklerinin geliştirilmesi ve birbirleri arasında uyumlu bir iletişim kurulması gereklidir. Bu çalışmada, takımlarda etkin verim, doğru iletişim, takım içi liderlik ve üstün performansa yönelik atılması gereken adımlar ele alınmıştır.

To meet the demand of efficiency and the activity, it’s necessary to increase the team spirit and the consciousness. At this point, it is required to provide the business awareness, to improve the personal talents and communicate in accordance with one another. At this study, it’s written to emphosize the steps of afficiency of the teams, true communication and also the increasing performance of the ones who are in this field.
