İşletme finansmanında devlet teşviklerinin yeri ve önemi denizli ili örneği

Abstract

Çalışmada son dönem Kalkınma Planı dikkate alınarak revize edilen teşvik sistemi içinde, TİCARET BAKANLIĞI, KOSGEB, EXİMBANK, KGF, İŞKUR, SGK kurumlarına ilişkin güncel destek sistemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Teşvik sisteminin, işletme finansmanındaki katkılarına değinilerek, tekstil firmasında uygulanmış üç ayrı örnek ile anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Örneklerden de anlaşılacağı gibi teşvik, indirim ve hibelerin özel sektör finansman kaynağını oluşturduğu, yeni yatırımları da desteklediği görülmektedir.

In the study, the current support system for the Ministry of Trade, KOSGEB, EXİMBANK, KGF, İŞKUR and SGK institutions has been emphasized within the scope of the revised incentive system considering the recent Development Plan. The contribution of the incentive system in business finance is tried to be explained with three different examples applied in textile company. As can be seen from the examples, it is seen that incentives, discounts and grants constitute private sector financing source and also support new investments.
