Dilek Yarımadası - Büyük Menderes Deltası Milli Parkı (Aydın) Zerkonid akarların (Acari, Zerconidae) sistematik yönden incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Dilek Yarımadası – Büyük Menderes Deltası Milli Parkı (Aydın) ve yakın çevresinin zerkonid akar faunasını belirlemek amacıyla 01 Aralık 2018 –01 Mayıs 2020 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. 97 farklı lokaliteden döküntü, çürümüş ağaç kökleri, yosun ve toprak örnekleri toplanarak toplam 191 örnekleme yapılmıştır. Örneklerin analizleri sonucunda 2 tanesi bilim dünyası için (Zercon dilekicus sp. nov. ve Prozercon didimensis sp. nov.) yeni kayıt olmak üzere toplam 13 zerkonid türü tespit edilmiştir. Bu türlerden 9 tanesi Zercon cinsine (Z. andrei, Z. colligans, Z. cretensis, Z. denizliensis, Z. dilekicus sp. nov., Z.huseyini, Z. kallimcii, Z. plumatopilus, Z. turcicus)ve 4 tanesi de Prozercon cinsine (P.didimensis sp. nov., P.elifae, P. umidicola, P.yavuzi) aittir. Zercon andrei ve Zercon plumatopilus türlerinin deutonimfleri, Prozercon elifae türünün ise erkek ve deutonimfi ülkemizden ilk defa bu çalışmada kaydedilmiştir. Ayrıca, Dilek Yarımadası – Büyük Menderes Deltası Milli Parkı (Aydın)’dan toplanan zerkonid akarlar için bazı ekolojik bilgiler de (mevsimsel dağılımları, habitat tercihleri, yükseklikleri) verilmiştir.

This study was carried out between 01 December 2018 – 01 May 2020 in order to determine the zerconid mite fauna of Dilek Peninsula- Büyük Menderes Delta National Park (Aydın). Rashes from 97 different localities, rotten tree roots, moss and soil samples were collected and a total of 191 samples were made. As a result of the analysis of the samples, a total of 13 zerconid species were identified, 2 of which were new records for the scientific world (Zercon dilekicus sp. nov. and Prozercon didimensis sp. nov.). These species of 9 are in the genus Zercon (Z. andrei, Z. colligans, Z. cretensis, Z. denizliensis, Z. dilekicus sp.nov., Z. huseyini, Z. kallimcii, Z. plumatopilus, Z. turcicus) and 4 of them also belongs to the genus Prozercon (P.didimensis sp. nov., P.elifae, P. umidicola, P. yavuzi). The Zercon andrei and Zercon plumatopilus species have been recorded in this study, and the Prozercon elifae species have been recorded for the first time in our study. In addition, some ecological information (seasonal distributions, habitat preferences, heights) are given for the zonconid mites collected from Dilek Peninsula - Büyük Menderes Delta National Park (Aydın).
