Abstract: A 13-years old boy presented with impending central retinal venous occlusion followed by ciliary artery occlusion and vitreous hemorrhage. A detailed systemic investigation revealed ANA positivity and heterozygote polymorphism in MTHFR A1298C.Visual acuity immediately improved after starting topical anti-glaucomatous treatment for impending central retinal venous occlusion and remained at 1.0 during the 6-month follow-up. © 2019 Gazi Eye Foundation.
