Yeni Uygur Türkçesi ve Türkiye Türkçesindeki ortak atasözleri

Abstract

Tarihi olaylar, milli duygular, sosyal yaşantı, kültür, yaşanılan coğrafya, dini inançlar gibi pek çok etken sonucunda ortaya çıkan atasözleri doğal olarak o millete özgüdür. Milletlerin hayatiyetinin devamlılığında en önemli unsurlardan biri olan kültür aktarımını sağlamada atasözleri çok büyük işlev görmektedir. Aynı zamanda atasözleri milletlerin ruhunu yansıtan milli bir değer, kültür tarihi hakkında bilgi veren tarihi bir kaynaktır. Atasözleri Türk dilinin ve Türk topluluklarının en önemli ortak değerlerinden birisidir. Atasözleri önemli bir edebiyat ürünü olmanın yanı sıra tarih boyunca toplumun eğitiminde, topluma öğüt verme ve yol göstermede çok önemli vazifeler görmüş ve bugün de bu işlevi devam etmektedir. Ayrıca Türk lehçeleri arasında birçoğu tamamen aynı şekilde ifade edilen atasözleri günümüz Türk topluluklarının ortak bir geçmişten geldiklerinin de en önemli göstergelerinden birisidir. “Yeni Uygur Türkçesi ve Türkiye Türkçesindeki Ortak Atasözleri” adını taşıyan bu çalışmada, günümüz Uygur Türkçesi ile Türkiye Türkçesi arasındaki atasözleri ele alınmıştır. İncelemelerimiz sonucunda aynı kökten gelen, aynı dilin farklı türlerini konuşan, aynı inanca sahip olan Yeni Uygur ve Türkiye Türklerinin atasözleri arasında da önemli oranda ortaklık tespit edilmiştir.

Proverbs, which emerged as a result of many factors such as historical events, national feelings, social life, culture, geography, religious beliefs, are naturally unique to that nation. Proverbs have a great function in ensuring the transfer of culture, which is one of the most important elements in the continuity of the vitality of nations. At the same time, proverbs are a national value that reflects the spirit of the nations, a historical source that provides information about the history of culture. Proverbs are one of the most important common values of the Turkish language and Turkish communities. In addition to being an important literary product, proverbs have played a very important role in the education of the society, in giving advice and guiding the society throughout history, and this function continues today. In addition, proverbs among Turkish dialects, many of which are expressed in exactly the same way, are one of the most important indicators that today’s Turkish communities come from a common past. “New Uyghur Turkish and Turkish in Turkey Joint Proverbs” In this study, bearing the name, today Uyghur Turkish proverbs between Turkey and Turkish are discussed. As a result of our investigation cognate, different types of speaking the same language, have the same belief that New Uyghur and Turkey have been identified as significant partnership between the Turkish proverbs.
