II. Bayezid’in ailesi ve Gülruh hatun

Abstract

Tez çalışmamızda birer önemli şahsiyet olan, Bayezid ve Gülruh Hatun’a ışık tutmaya çalıştık. Bayezid’in bilinen sekiz kadınından ve tarihimizdeki önemli kadın simalardan biri olan Gülruh Hatun’a dikkat çekmeyi hedefledik. Sultan Bayezid’in siyasî, sosyo-kültürel, dinî, içtimaî politikalarının yansımalarını aile bireylerinde aramak gerekmektedir. Bu sebeple tezde, Bayezid’in cariyesi Gülruh Hatun ve oğulları Şehzade Alemşah üzerinden Osmanlı harem siyaseti değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Gülruh Hatun, karanlıkta kalmış XV. yy kadınlarını temsil eden bir saraylı hatundur. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada, Gülruh Hatun’a ayna tutularak, XV. ve XVI. yüzyılda Osmanlı coğrafyasının çeşitli vilayetlerine oğluyla birlikte giden ve Şehzade hanesinin en yüksek rütbeli kadınına düşen rollerin, statüsünün, faaliyetlerinin anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Tezimiz, üç bölümden olu?maktadır. Birinci bölümde; ?ehzadelik kurumunun anla?ılması, sancaklarda ?ehzadelere dü?en rolleri, taht yolunda onları bekleyen mücadeleyi Bayezid’in ?ehzadeliği dönemindeki faaliyetleri ve tahta geçmesinin akabinde de devam eden saltanat mücadelesine değindik. Böylece ?ehzade Alem?ah ile Gülruh Hatun’u bekleyen kaderi resmetmeye çalı?tık.. ?kinci Bölümde; Bayezid’in Amasya Sancağında kurduğu geni? aile fertlerinin kısaca biyografilerine yer verilmi?tir. Üçüncü bölümde ise; Gülruh Hatun’un biyografisi ele alınarak, Osmanlı sarayında kadının rolü ve etkinliği vurgulanmaya çalı?ılmı?tır.

We tried to shed light on the line of Bayezıd and Gulruh Hatun, which are important personalities in our thesis. We aimed to Call attention Gulruh Hatun was the one of the eight women of Bayezıd an done of the important women in our history. It is necessary to seek the reflections of the political, socia cultural and religious, social politicies of Sultan Bayezıd in family members. For this reason in the thesis, the politics of Ottoman harem was tried to be evaluated through the concubine of Bayezıd, Gulruh Hatun and her sons prince Alemsah. Gulruh Hatun is a courtier who represents XV. century women left in the dark. Therefore in this study, it is almed to understand the activities of the roles of the highest ranking woman of the prince’s household who went to various provinces of the ottoman geography with her son in the 15 th and 16 th centuries by mirroring the Gulruh Hatun. Our thesis is consist of three parts. In the first part, we touched upon the duties of sehzade’s in sanjak to be understood the role that waiting for them at the throne way the actions of Bayezıd in his sehzade times and the throne struggles that still going on the time when Bayezıd took the throne. So we tried to picturize the destiny of sehzade Alemsah and Gulruh Hatun. In the second part, it is included that brief biographies of the members of the extended family that Bayezıd founded in the Amasya Sanjak of Bayezıd. In the third part, the biography of the Gulruh Hatun was handled and the role and activity of women in the Ottoman palace was tried to be emphasized.
