Endüstri 4.0 kapsamında dijitalleşme çalışmaları; eğitim sektöründe dijital olgunluk seviyesi ölçümü

Abstract

İlk kez 2011 yılında Almanya’da düzenlenen Hannover Fuarı’nda dile getirilen 4. Sanayi Devrimi bir diğer adıyla Endüstri 4.0, üretim süreçlerine yenilikçi ve teknolojik bir boyut kazandırarak yeni bir sanayi devriminin yaşanmakta olduğunu ifade etmektedir. Gelişen teknolojinin getirdiği ürünlerde kişiselleşme ve çeşitlilik ile birlikte tüketicilerin değişen ihtiyaçlarına anlık olarak cevap verebilen ve bu değişimleri birbirleriyle haberleşebilen, gerektiğinde karar verebilme yeteneğine sahip otonom robotlarla yapan sistemler dördüncü sanayi devriminin başlıca özelliklerindendir. Temel üretim süreçlerinde yaşanan bu teknolojik değişimler sadece üretim alanında değil gündelik hayatın bütün aşamalarını kapsamış ve yaşamın ayrılmaz bir parçası haline gelmeye başlamıştır. Eğitim, lojistik, muhasebe ve finans, e-ticaret, internet gibi farklı alanlarda yer edinen Endüstri 4.0, anıldığı her alanda önemli değişimlere neden olmuştur.Bu çalışmada, Endüstri 4.0 kavramının temel prensip ve özellikleri kavramsal olarak incelecek, geçmişten günümüze Endüstri devrimlerinin toplumsal hayata etkileri belirtilecektir. Tüm sosyal alanlarda etkisini gösteren Endüstri 4.0’ın eğitim alanına Eğitim 4.0 kavramı olarak yansımaları çalışılacaktır. Bir eğitim kurumunda yapılan inceleme ile Eğitim 4.0 kavramsal farkındalık düzeyi incelenecek ve kurumun Dijital Olgunluk Seviyesi belirlenecektir.

The 4th Industrial Revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, which was first mentioned at the Hannover Fair held in Germany in 2011, adds an innovative and technological dimension to the production processes and expresses that a new industrial revolution is happening. With the personalization and diversity in the products brought by the developing technology, systems that can instantly respond to the changing needs of the consumers and make these changes with autonomous robots that can communicate with each other and make decisions when necessary are the main features of the fourth industrial revolution. These technological changes experienced in basic production processes covered not only the field of production but all stages of daily life and began to become an integral part of life. Industry 4.0, which has a place in different fields such as education, logistics, accounting and finance, e-commerce and internet, has caused significant changes in every field it is mentioned.In this study, the basic principles and features of the Industry 4.0 concept will be analyzed conceptually, and the effects of industrial revolutions on social life from past to present will be indicated. Reflections of Industry 4.0, which shows its effect in all social areas, on education field as Education 4.0 concept will be studied. With the examination made in an educational institution, the Education 4.0 conceptual awareness level will be examined and the Digital Maturity Level of the institution will be determined.
