Marmaris Milli Parkı’nda (Muğla) zerkonid akarlar (acari, zerconidae) üzerine sistematik araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Marmaris Milli Parkı’nda (Muğla) zerkonid akar faunasını belirlemek amacıyla Mayıs 2020-Nisan 2021 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. 156 farklı lokaliteden döküntü, çürümüş ağaç kökleri, yosun ve toprak örnekleri toplanarak toplam 591 örnekleme yapılmıştır. Örneklemeden elde edilen zerkonid akarlar değerlendirilmiş olup bu örneklerden iki cinse ait toplam 10 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bu türlerden 7 tanesi Zercon cinsine (Z. bodrumensis sp. nov., Z. colligans, Z. inonuensis, Z. marmarisensis sp. nov., Z. muglaensis sp nov., Z. quadricavum, Z. turcicus) ve 3 tanesi de Prozercon cinsine (P. bulgariensis, P. tragardhi, P. yavuzi) aittir. Bunlardan; P. bulgariensis Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıttır. Z. bodrumensis sp. nov., Z marmarisensis sp. nov., Z. muglaensis sp. nov. ise bilim dünyası için yeni türlerdir.Teşhis edilen örnekler üzerinden şekiller çizilmiş, ölçümler yapılmış, tanımları gözden geçirilmiş ve türlerle birlikte dünya yayılışları da verilmiştir.

In this study was carried out between May 2020-April 2021 to determine the zerconid mite fauna in Marmaris National Park (Muğla). A total of 591 samples were collected by collecting debris, rotten roots, moss and soil samples from 156 different localities. The zerconid mites obtained from the sampling were evaluated and a total of 10 species belonging to two genera were identified from these samples. These species 7 of belong to the genus Zercon (Z. bodrumensis sp. nov., Z. colligans, Z. inonuensis, Z. marmarisensis sp. nov., Z. muglaensis sp. nov., Z. quadricavum, Z. turcicus) and 3 of them belongs to the genus Prozercon (P. bulgariensis, P. tragardhi, P. yavuzi). P. bulgariensis is new records for Turkish fauna. Z. bodrumensis sp. nov., Z marmarisensis sp. nov., Z. muglaensis sp. nov. are provided new to science.Figures of identified species were drawn over our samples, and morphometric measurements were obtained. Their definitions were reviewed and their distributions around the world were given.
