Üretim süreçlerinin geliştirilmesinde veri analizine dayalı bir model önerisi ve uygulaması

Abstract

Konfeksiyon sektöründe, ürün çeşitliliğinin çok fazla olması, üretim sürecinde standart iş akışlarının olmaması, kullanılan hammadde ve yarı mamullerdeki değişkenliğin çok fazla olması, genellikle emek yoğun bir üretim olması nedeniyle pek çok sorun ile karşılaşılmaktadır. Bu sorunlar ürüne bağlı olarak değişim göstermekte ve benzer ürünlerde de tekrar etme eğilimi göstermektedir. Bunun yanı sıra çevresel faktörler tüm ürünlerde belli başlı sorunların oluşmasına neden olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle üretim sürecine etki eden faktörlerin genel veya ürün bazında belirlenmesi ve planlamanın buna göre yapılması muhtemel sorunların azaltılması açısından oldukça önemlidir.Bu çalışmada, Denizli’de faaliyet gösteren bir tekstil işletmesinin bornoz konfeksiyon bölümünde ikinci kalite, hatalı üretim, siparişin gecikmesi gibi sorunlara neden olan faktörler genel olarak tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada 1,5 yıllık üretim verileri kullanılmış, verilerin yetersiz olması nedeniyle ürün bazında veya sorun bazında detaylı bir değerlendirme yapmak yerine genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla her sipariş için ikinci kalite, hatalı üretim ve sipariş gecikmesine bağlı olarak bir sipariş performans puanı oluşturulmuştur. Sipariş performans puanını etkileyen faktörler tespit edilerek bir sonraki siparişlerde planlama faaliyetlerinin bu sonuçlara göre yapılması planlanmıştır. Yapılan genel analizler sonucunda mevsimin üretim süreci üzerinde etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Many problems are encountered in apparel industry due to the fact that it has a labor-intensive production structure, the product variety is too high, the lack of standard workflows in the production process, the variability in the raw materials and semi-products used. These problems vary depending on the product. In addition, these problems tend to reocur in similar products. Environmental factors can also cause certain problems in all products. For this reason, it is important to determine the factors affecting the production process on a general or product basis and to make the planning accordingly in order to reduce possible problems.In this study, the factors that cause problems such as second quality, faulty production, delay in order in the bathrobe apparel department of a textile company operating in Denizli is determined. In the study, 1.5-year production data was used. A general assessment was made instead of making a detailed evaluation on the basis or problem basis due to the insufficient data. For this purpose, an order performance score was created depending on the second quality, faulty production and order delay for each order. The factors affecting the order performance score are determined and planning activities are planned to be done according to these results. As a result of the overall analyzes, the season is determined to be most effective on the production process.
