dc.description.abstractAbdominal pain accompanied with diarrhea may be seen in a simple gastroenteritis, as well as necrosis during mesenteric ischemia and the acute appendicitis cases, such as to require emergency surgery. In this article, a retrocecal appendicitis case admitted to the emergency department with diarrhea was presented and, diagnostic methods are discussed in light of the current literature.en_US
