Abstract: We present a case who developed Horner's syndrome following repeated attempts at catheterization of the internal juguler vein for parenteral antimicrobial drug administration. No other neurologic finding or evidence of mass lesions in the neck or puhnonctry apex could be determined. Homer syndrome should be considered as a possible complication of percutaneous internal juguler vein catheterization.
