Abstract: Lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei (acne agminata) a chronic papular eruption of the face is considered among the granulomatous diseases. This condition occurs in adults and adolescents of both sexes. It is rarely seen in elderly individuals. The cause and the pathogenesis are unknown.
A 26 year old man with a history of facial papular eruption for 6 months duration is diagnosed as LMDF and treated with isotretinoin with a good clinical outcome.
