| dc.description.abstract | Pamukkale Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi çalışanlarında ve sağlıklı kontrol grubunda burunda Staphviococcus aureus taşıyıcılığı ve etkenin metisilin duyarlılığı araştırılmıştır. Burun sürüntüsü alınan 171 sağlık personelinin 50'sinde (% 29.2), 50 kişiyi içeren kontrol grubunun yedisinde (% 14.0) S. aureus üretilmiştir. İstatistiksel olarak değerlendirildiğinde her iki grup arasındaki fark anlamlı bulunmuştur (p < 0.05). Hastane personelinde saptanan 50 S. aureus'un sekizinin (% 16.0) metisiline dirençli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kontrol grubunda metisilin direnci gözlenmemiştir. | en_US |
