| dc.description.abstract | Karaciğer sol lob agenezisi nadir görülen bir anomalidir. Rektum Ca tanısı alan 65 yaşındaki erkek olguda metastaz taraması yapılırken Bilgisayarlı Tomografi (BT) de insidental olarak sol lob agenesisi saptandı. Ayırıcı tanıda post nekrotik siroz, safra yolu obstrüksiyonları, venookluziv hastalık, kist hidatik ve cerrahi rezeksiyonun ekarte edilmesi gerekmektedir. Karaciğer sol lob agenezisinde US ve sintigrafi tanısal yanılgılara neden olabilir. Kesin tanıda BT nin seçkin bir role sahip olgunu düşünmekteyiz. | en_US |
