| Abstract: | Pakionişi konjenita, en sık görülen formu olan Tip 1 (Jadassohn-Lewandowsky sendromu) subungual ve palmop-lanter hiperkeratoz, oral lökokeratoz ve foliküler keratoz ile karakterize, otozomal dominant kalıtım gösteren bir ek-todermal displazidir. 19 yaşında erkek hasta, aile anamnezinin olmadığı subungual ve palmoplanter hiperkeratoz-lu hastalarda ayırıcı tanıda pakionişi konjenitanın önemini vurgulamak için sunulmuştur. |
