| dc.description.abstract | Ventriküloatriyal şant kateterinin distal ucunun perkütan yerleştirilmesi kolay, hızlı ve minimal invaziv bir işlemdir. Skar oluşmaması nedeniyle revizyona uygundur ve enfeksiyon riski daha azdır. Bu yüzden klasik yöntemlere göre daha üstündür. Kliniğimizde anevrizma rüptürü nedeniyle subaraknoid kanama geçiren 2 olgumuzda gelişen akut hidrosefali nedeniyle ventiküloatriyal şant kateterinin atriyal ucu perkütan yolla başarıyla yerleştirildi. İki hastamızın operasyon süreleri 25 ve 30 dakika olarak belirlendi. Peroperatif ve postoperatif komplikasyon görülmedi. Bu çalışmada iki olgumuz nedeniyle, bu yeni teknik literatür eşliğinde tartışıldı. | en_US |
