Kongo kirmizih agarda slime olusumu aerob, %5-10 CO2'h ve anaerob ortamlarda svrasvyla %51, %36, %30 iken Christensen yonteminde %32, %25 ve %17 olarak bulunmugtur. Slime olusumunun en iyi aerob ortamda ve Kongo kirmizih agarda saptandigi gozlendi (p<0.01).
