| dc.description.abstract | Nöro-görüntüleme yöntemleri ile kanıtlanmış olan beyiniçi kanamalı olgularda 1., 4. ve 7. günlerde çekilen EKG lerde ve kontrol grubunda çekilen EKGlerde dispersiyon özellikleri incelenmiştir. Literatürle uyumlu olarak QT ve QT dispersiyon değerleri uzun bulunmuştur. Ayrıca literatürde rastlanmayan bir bulgu olarak kanama alanı ve kanamanın lober yerleşimi ile QT dispersiyonu arasında pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu olguların ventriküler ritim bozukluğuna yatkınlığı vurgulanırken ilgili literatür değerlendirilmiştir. | en_US |
