| dc.description.abstract | Konjenital toxoplamosisin fetüs için morbidite ve mortalitesi yüksektir. Bu bağlamda yaygın olarak gebelikte annede toxoplazma antikorları taranmaktadır. Gerçekten tarama yapmanın gerekliliğini konjenital toxoplamosis o toplumdaki sıklığı belirler. Biz de çalışmamızda Denizli ilinde konjenital toxoplazma sıklığını belirlemek üzere 269 yenidoğanda kord kanı toxoplazma Ig M antikorunu EİA yöntemi ile taradık. Konjenital toxoplamosis tespit edemedik. Maliyeti de düşünülerek prenatal taramada toxoplazma Ig M antikoru bakılıp bakılmamasına karak vermek üzere daha geniş ve organize çalışmalara gerek vardır. | en_US |
