| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada konik bobinlerin sarımı sırasında iplik dolaklarının (sarımlarının) üst üste gelecek şekilde sarılması ile oluşan ve kuşak olarak tanımlanan bobin sarım hatası matematiksel olarak incelenmiştir. İplik kılavuzunun bir gidiş-gelişinde (double traverse) bobin tur sayısı (n) iki yöntem ile hesaplanmıştır. Birincisi iplik kılavuzunun bir gidiş-geliş süresinde bobine sarılan toplam iplik miktarı ile bobinin üzerine sarılan tek bir sarımın uzunluğunun hesaplaması yöntemiyle, ikincisi ise konik bobin silindirik tambur hareket iletim oranıyla hesaplanmıştır. Bu iki farklı yöntem ile bulunan formüllerin birbirine oldukça yakın değerler verdiği görülmüş ve Schalfhorst Autocoro rotor iplik makinasında olası kuşak oluşum çaplarının belirlenmesinde kullanılmıştır. | en_US |
