| dc.description.abstract | Feokromositoma sempatik sinir sisteminin nöral kabartıdan köken alan kromaffin hücrelerinden gelişen bir tümörüdür. Hipertansiyonun sık görülmeyen bir nedenidir. Hipertansiyon ve çeşitli semptom atakları (başağrısı, çarpıntı, terleme, sinirlilik, anksiyete, flushing vb.) feokromositomanın klasik bulgularıdır. Feokromositoma tanısı klinik ve labaratuar bulgularına dayanır. Tümör görüntüleme yöntemleri ile lokalize edilebilir. Feokromositoma, hipertansiyonun cerrahi olarak tedavi edilebilir bir formu olması nedeniyle tümörün tanısı oldukça önemlidir. Bu olgu sunumunda feokromositoma semptomu olan hipertansiyon atağı ile gelen bir hasta sunulmuştur. | en_US |
