| dc.description.abstract | Prostat kanseri ve sağ hidroüreteronefroz tanısı ile kliniğimize başvuran 73 yaşında erkek olgu sunulmuştur. Hidroüreteronefroz derecesinde artma saptanması üzerine endoskopik girişimi takiben olguya lokal üreter eksizyonu ve üreteroneosistostomi yapılmıştır. Patolojik incelemede üriner obstrüksiyonun prostat kanserinin üretere metastazı olduğu bulunmuştur. Nadir görülen bu olgu literatür eşliğinde tanı ve tedavi yönünden tartışılmıştır. | en_US |
