Abstract: Histiositoid karsinom nadir görülen bir meme tümörüdür. İlk kez 1973 yılında Hood tarafından göz kapağına metastaz yapmış bir meme karsinomunda rapor edilmiştir. O tarihten bu yana izole olgu sunumları tarzında bildirilen histiositoid karsinomunun histogenezi halen tartışmalıdır. Birçok yayında pleomorfik lobuler karsinomun bir varyantı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada 74 yaşındaki kadın hastada görülen histiositoid karsinom olgusu sunulmuştur.
