| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada siprofloksasinin subminimal inhibitör konsantrasyonlarının (sub-MİK) üropatojenik Escherichia coli (E.coli) suşlarının hemaglütinasyon (HA) ve mannoza dirençli hemaglütinasyon (MRHA) özellikleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada dört E.coli suşu incelenmiştir. İncelenen tüm E.coli suşlarında HA varlığı siprofloksasinin 1/2-1/16xMİK konsantrasyonlarında pozitif olarak saptanmıştır. MRHA özelliği iki suşta 1/2xMİK'de (+), diğer konsantrasyonlarda (+++) ve diğer iki suşta tüm sub MİK'lerde (+++) olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçta, çalışmaya dahil edilen tüm E.coli suşlarında siprofloksasinin sub MİK'larında HA ve MRHA özelliklerinin etkilenmediği görülmüştür. | en_US |
