dc.description.abstractGenellikle normal paternden sapmalar olarak değerlendirilen koroner arter anomalileri; anjiografik çalışmalarda yaklaşık %1 oranında bildirilmiştir. En yaygın görülen anomali sirkumfleks arter ile ilgilidir. Bununla birlikte sirkumfleks arterin yokluğu oldukça nadir olup şimdiye kadar sadece 3 vaka rapor edilmiştir. Sirkumfleks arteri olmayan ve sağ koroner arterin sirkumfleks arterin devamı olarak izlendiği ve efor testi pozitif olan bir olguyu bildirmeyi amaçladıken_US
